This is a 5 bedroom accommodation located on a 40 x 60 North facing site.

The client' requirements had to be fit in the size this property. Provision had ti be made for 2 cars and juxtaposition of open spaces next to closed areas was a must to provide spatial relief for the inhabitants.

The facade is thoroughly contemporary and consists of simple geometric shapes with colour playing a very important role.
